Refund Eligibility

Thank you for purchasing from Agencemedia4k.

Because our work consists of custom digital services, such as logo animations, motion design, and other creative deliverables:

❗ Digital services cannot be returned once delivered.

However, we do offer a 14-day refund window, subject to the conditions below.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase only if:

  • The final digital files have not been delivered

  • The service has not been substantially completed

  • You have not downloaded or accessed final deliverables

  • Work on your custom design has not progressed beyond initial stages

After 14 days, refunds are no longer possible.

Please use the first 14 days to make sure the service fits your needs.

Conditions for Refund Approval

To request a refund, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • Any relevant project details

Refunds cannot be granted if:

  • The final animation/design has already been delivered

  • Substantial custom work has already been completed

  • You changed your mind after work was finished or after delivery

  • You approved drafts or revisions and work continued based on your approval

Custom creative services are non-refundable once delivered, as digital products cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds
